On the afternoon of May 11, 2018, Professor Wang Zhaojiang represented the school (key laboratory) to participate in the Jinan State-owned Science and Technology Achievement Transformation Seminar.
The prestigious meeting first introduced what units, functions, and operations of the Jinan Science and Technology Innovation Promotion Center are; then it introduced the intentions of the “Thousand People Project” project introduced by the Jinan Science and Technology Finance Building and the cooperative research carried out by the Institute of Higher Education in the State Council. Afterwards, Gu Yunxiang, head of the technical department of the China Technology Exchange, introduced the nature of the China Technology Exchange, the operation of the market in Jinan, and introduced the situation in which they helped enterprises and institutions conduct patent online and offline auctions over the years. Then, Zhang Chi, the business manager of China Technology Exchange, introduced the matters that should be noted in patent licensing, mainly the process of patent licensing and the legal issues of contract attention. Finally, Cui Wenjing, senior business manager of the Shandong Property Rights Trading Center, introduced the functions and related businesses of his unit.
