On the morning of June 2, 2017, Professor Qi Dewei of the Department of chemistry and paper engineering of Western Michigan University visited our institute and key laboratory. Kong Fangong Dewei, the executive director of the college, accompanied professor Qi to visit the key laboratory, exchanged teaching and research related affairs, and made a preliminary communication on the 3+1 double degree and master's graduate students in the University of our college. Before, 1 undergraduates of printing engineering in our university had been enrolled in the 3+1 style double. The degree has entered the graduate student study stage. After that, Professor Qi Dewei did the academic report of Computer Simulations of forming and wet press processes at single (computer simulation of paper wet molding and squeezing at fiber level). The vice president of the college, Ding Hongjie, participated in the related activities.
