个人简历:

20147月毕业于复旦大学化学系,获博士学位,师从黄春辉院士、易涛教授,读博士学位期间主要围绕有机功能分子材料的设计及其应用进行研究。

20149月至20186月,在济南大学光功能材料与成像研究院工作,任副教授、青年龙山学者;期间主要围绕有机功能分子材料、新型荧光染料的构建及性能测试、小分子荧光探针的设计合成及生物应用、生物成像等的设计及其应用进行研究。

20187月加入到齐鲁工业大学生物基功能材料与绿色造纸国家重点实验室,研究领域包含新型荧光染料的构建及生物应用;荧光探针的设计合成及生物应用、生物成像等;新型生物质分子组装材料的设计及应用。

研究方向:

主持国家自然科学基金青年项目一项,以前2位获得国家发明专利授权多项。目前已在Nature Protocols, Angewandte Chemie International EditionBiomaterialsJournal of Materials Chemistry B, Chemical Communication, Sensor and Actuator B等杂志发表学术论文20余篇。

在分子探针及分子识别方面,我们在分子探针的设计及应用方面取得了一系列重要的研究成果,在国际顶级期刊Nature系列杂志Nature Protocols上报道关于生物体内一氧化碳检测的研究成果;在国际具有重要影响力的学术期刊Angewandte Chemie International Edition (IF = 11.99) 上首次发表关于检测活动物体内的内源性一氧化碳的研究论文,解决了目前无法实现活体内一氧化碳检测的科学难题。利用过氧化氢及酸碱度双响应型荧光探针研究了生物内源性活性氧物种与生物体酸碱环境的关系,首次实现对碱性环境中过氧化氢的检测,该论文在材料及生物领域具有重要影响力的期刊Biomaterials (一区、IF = 8.40) 上发表。基于近红外荧光染料首次实现设计合成具有大Stokes shift的生物硫醇荧光探针,实现对内源性生物硫醇的检测(Journal of Materials Chemistry B)。利用双光子荧光染料设计合成新型细胞核仁靶向型硫化氢探针,成功检测细胞、组织及活体动物中的硫化氢信号分子(Sensor and Actuator B IF = 5.4)。

在分子组装材料研究方面,利用分子组装过程构建了一系列环境响应型有机分子凝胶,获得可调控的光学响应及亲疏水界面材料(Journal of Materials Chemistry C)。利用凝胶材料的特有网格结构对药物释放进行跟踪研究。利用分子组装原理设计的DNA响应型有机分子材料具有光开关作用,能够可控调节与DNA的结合状态,在基因相关的疾病治疗方面具有重要意义(Chemical Communication IF = 6.63)。
